Our coaching package consists of the following:

• 3x calls per month

• Email follow-ups with resources and notes.

• Online community access and support with other like-minded individuals.

• Daily text access for questions and prompts via Telegram.

*Please note: There is a 3-month minimum for all new clients. All other coaching will be offered on a month-by-month basis based on availability.
